Aliases are created in all folders whose checkboxes are checked. To create aliases of an item in multiple locations in the one operation, select more than one destination in the list.

To add a folder to the Make Alias window’s location list, do any of the following:

• Drag folders into the list from the Finder.
• Click the add-to-list button below the list to use an open file dialog to select a folder.
• Click and hold the add-to-list button to open a menu containing default locations for creating aliases. Choose a location from the menu to add it to the list.

To remove a folder from the list, click the remove icon after the folder’ name.
